Due to breaches involving MFA fatigue (attacker keeps sending requests until accepted), number matching and location will be enabled on Microsoft’s Authenticator App on Thu, 9 Feb 2023.

Note: if you use a mobile phone, select ‘I can’t see the number’. This will allow the number screen to reappear.

Please note that UC has no control over this change as this is a Microsoft initiative and this only affects people who use the Microsoft Authenticator app (e.g., to log into your UC email).
