The P1 Incident we had regarding LEARN has been resolved, and all students will be able to see all courses they are enrolled in the LEARN portal.
If you are still experiencing issues accessing your courses, please log a ticket to the Services portal and we will be in touch as quickly as possible.

There has been an update on the estimated resolution time, which is now 1.30pm.

Ako | LEARN is back online.
However, previously unavailable courses are currently being restored with an estimated resolution time of 1PM NZST.
An email update will be sent when the restore for all unavailable courses is complete.

Students/Staff are unable to log into AKO|LEARN this morning as we resolve this outage. This means that assignments/ course resources and quizzes will not be available during this time. Echo is not affected and available for lectures during the outage.

There is an issue with Ako | LEARN where courses are not appearing for some students and staff.
Digital Services are taking Ako | LEARN offline for a period of time today to resolve the issue.
We expect Ako | LEARN to be operational around midday. Updates will be provided through Tūpono and Tū ki te tahi platforms.
