JOIN US FOR MONDAY MINDFULNESS!

We are excited to announce that Lads Without Labels and UC Wellbeing will be offering guided mindfulness sessions every fortnight during term time.

Mindfulness is a scientifically proven technique that can help to manage stress.

Come along to the Living Room space (next to the UC Bookshop) at 8am, settle in and relax for an 8:15 – 8:30 guided mindfulness, then help yourself to some kai and have a kōrero. Then shoot off to a 9am lecture or a uni day fed, relaxed and ready!

Semester 2 Mindfulness Monday dates:

Term 3:
Monday 5 August (Week 4)
Monday 19 August (Week 6)

Term 4:
Monday 9 September (Week 1)
Monday 23 September (Week 3)
Monday 7 October (Week 5)

Looking forward to seeing you on Mondays!
