*If you are unfamiliar with organisational psychology, it might be helpful to think about it using this analogy: An Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychologist acts like an organisational engineer, applying scientific principles to improve workplace performance, employee well-being, and organisational efficiency, while an Human Resources Professional functions more like a mechanic, managing day-to-day HR processes like payroll, compliance, and recruitment to ensure the “machinery” of the company runs smoothly.
