Structure of meetings

  1. Co-create the group’s purpose in partnership with industry, demonstrating a collaborative approach to strategy.
  2. Industry updates – a space where members can share what’s happening in their sector on this topic.
  3. Research sharing – a forum for exchanging any research we’ve done/come across into past, and how these lessons might inform our approach to the current one.
  4. Idea testing – a safe, non-judgemental space to try out ideas and explore different perspectives.
  5. Two-way knowledge flow – the ability to share what’s discussed in the group with others in our industries on a Chatham House basis, so group members act as conduits of information both into and out of the group.
  6. Create opportunities for collaborative research between the university and industry partners.
  7. Activities may include developing an article review offering an organisational psychology perspective, as well as creating supporting materials such as podcasts, webinars, or video presentations.
