UC Modern Feminist Society (FemSoc) organised a panel discussion on Feminism and Intersectionality held on October 18th. The panel brought together UC scholars from different departments whose work engages with intersectionality and feminism.
Speakers included Erin Harrington, Emma Maurice and Mahdis Azarmandi. Some guiding questions were: “What does feminism and intersectionality mean to you?”, “How have intersectionality themes emerged in your research area?” and “How can you be an intersectional feminist in everyday life?”
