UC Global Exchange Virtual Fair – 20 September to 22 September
UC Exchange partners from different countries are joining the Virtual Fair during this three-day event. It is a great opportunity to meet them online to find out what they can offer as an exchange destination. Weekly Information Seminars
Interested in an overseas change? The Information Seminars would be a good place to start which covers the key information you need to know, including an overview of UC’s partner universities, entry requirements, how to plan your study, etc. You are also welcome to attend if you are in your first year of study and plan to go on exchange later in your degree. It’s always good to start planning early.

Drop-in Sessions
Need help with planning your exchange or want to speak with the team about your application? Come and see us at a drop-in sessions.

Did assignments get in the way of your UC Global Exchange application?
Great news! Application deadline for exchanges taking place in Semester 2 2023 has been extended to 1 November 2022. You are encouraged to apply early but selection of students will be finalised after the application deadline of 1 November 2022. See the UC Global Exchange website and apply now!
Note that UC has early application deadlines for some partner universities. Check the UC Global Exchange website for details.

Weekly Information Seminars
If you’re interested in an overseas exchange, the information seminars would be a good place to start. Our seminars will cover the key information you need to know, including an overview of UC’s partner universities, entry requirements, and how to plan and apply for your exchange, etc. You are also welcome to attend if you are in your first year and plan to go on exchange later in your degree. It’s a good idea to start planning early.

Information seminars will be held weekly throughout Term 1, 2 and 3. See the full schedule and details of the seminars to be run on Zoom in Term 1 on the UC Global Exchange web page. More information about the programme is also available on the website.

Drop-in sessions
Want to speak with the team about going on exchange? Drop-in sessions will also be held weekly on Zoom in Term 1.

We encourage you to attend one of the weekly information seminars (above) prior to coming to a drop-in session. The information seminar can answer most of your initial questions about the exchange programme. If you have any specific enquiries or further questions, we would be happy to discuss these with you at a drop-in session.
