Facilities Management Building Surveyors will be undertaking surveys to the interiors and some exterior roof spaces of the listed buildings between Monday 5 May and Friday 9 May.

- FO01 – Forestry Laboratory Block
- FO02 – Forestry Administration Block
- FO03 – Forestry Engineering Block Workshop
- FO04 – Te Ao Marama, Block A
- FO05 – Macmillan Brown Library, Block B
- FO06 – Te Ao Marama, Block C
Surveys may include exterior roof spaces so if you see people of the rooves of these buildings it is likely that they that they will be the surveyors who will be following all working at heights safety protocol. If you are at all concerned, please contact UC Security tel:0800823637.
The purpose of the UC Building surveys is to complete a full visual assessment of the condition of the interior and exterior of the building. Surveyors will ensure that any photographs taken during the assessment are of the building and that persons are not identifiable in the photographs.
Your support in ensuring that spaces are tidy and open for inspection will be appreciated.
