Facilities Management will be completing required maintenance to the cabinets on all 13 UC Help Point Cabinets between Friday 12 September and Friday 28 November.

Work will be carried out on one Help Point Tower at a time, and all 13 towers will remain fully operational throughout the remediation period.

Facilities Management

Facilities Management will be completing a visual inspection of the roof of the Henry Field (ED08) building tomorrow Friday 12 September.

The FM Surveyor will be located on the roof of Otakaro (ED03) and using binoculars to complete the inspection. They will follow all working at heights safety protocol, and photos may be taken (no identifiable individuals.

Please be aware of surveyor presence.

Facilities Management.

Paving remediation works are currently underway in the forecourt area in front of the Meremere building. Contractors will be working between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM daily, with expected completion by 16 October.

Contractors will work on small sections at a time, with each area fenced off during active work. The courtyard will remain accessible, unless otherwise advised, and noise levels from equipment are expected to be minimal.

Please do not enter any fenced off areas and be mindful of contractors and equipment in the vicinity.
