Building Condition Surveys – 9-15 May

Facilities Management Building Surveyors are planning to undertake surveys on  Puaka-James Hight; Okeover; and UBS (the Bookshop) between Friday 9 May and Thursday 15 May.

If you see staff on the roof during that time it is likely that they will be the surveyors who will be following all working at heights safety protocol. If you are at all concerned, please contact UC Security tel:0800823637.

The purpose of the UC Building surveys is to complete a full visual assessment of the condition of the interior and exterior of the building. Surveyors will ensure that any photographs taken during the assessment are of the building and that persons are not identifiable in the photographs.

Please direct any enquiries to fmassist@canterbury.ac.nz.
