Facilities Management advise that part of the Dovedale Ring Road will be closed from 7am Monday 11 August to 5pm Friday 15 August for construction of a new vehicle crossing by Southbase Contractors.

• Wheki (ED12)

Key Info:

• Carpark 3 (Orakipaoa) remains accessible.
• Vehicle access to Dovedale Halls via Oak Drive only.
• Follow all signage and avoid the works area.
• Watch for contractor vehicles and equipment.

Facilities Management advise further truck movement for the placement and subsequent removal of a waste skip that will be located at the south end of the West Building (SC02) between 5pm Monday 4 August and 7am Tuesday 5 August

The south end of the building will be fenced off, while the skip is in place, to prevent access to any hazardous materials being carefully and appropriately waste managed.

Please be aware of truck movements during delivery and pick up of the skip, and do not enter the fenced off area.

Please adhere to any signage in place, and do not dispose any rubbish into the skip or remove any rubbish from the skip.
