Construction of Rock Garden Volcano

Facilities Management (FM) contractors will be installing temporary fencing for the construction of a Rock Garden Volcano, adjacent to the new Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) plant room, starting Monday 17 February (see inset map area C).

The works will take approximately four (4) weeks with an expected completion date of 17 March, and will include excavation, concrete and block work placement, and plastering activities.

Please remain alert and aware of truck movement that will be entering and leaving the current GSHP construction area and be mindful of construction personnel working on site

Do not enter the works area, behind the temporary fencing or inside any coned or taped off areas.
