We’re throwing a morning rave at The Foundry, to celebrate SDG3 – Good Health and Wellbeing, and all of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). And its free!

Alcohol and drugs are out, smoothies and coffee are in! First 50 people to arrive to the event will win a free coffee PLUS, wear the colour of your favourite SDG to win a free smoothie (check them out here: https://sdgs.un.org/goals). JOIN US FOR MONDAY MINDFULNESS!

We are excited to announce that Lads Without Labels and UC Wellbeing will be offering guided mindfulness sessions every fortnight during term time.

Mindfulness is a scientifically proven technique that can help to manage stress.

Come along to the Living Room space (next to the UC Bookshop) at 8am, settle in and relax for an 8:15 – 8:30 guided mindfulness, then help yourself to some kai and have a kōrero. Then shoot off to a 9am lecture or a uni day fed, relaxed and ready!
