Meremere Forecourt – Paving Remediation Works

Paving remediation works are currently underway in the forecourt area in front of the Meremere building. Contractors will be working between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM daily, with expected completion by 16 October.

Contractors will work on small sections at a time, with each area fenced off during active work. The courtyard will remain accessible, unless otherwise advised, and noise levels from equipment are expected to be minimal.

Affected Buildings:

  • LA01 – Meremere
  • AR03 – Karl Popper
  • AR08 – Ann Ballin

Please do not enter any fenced off areas and be mindful of contractors and equipment in the vicinity.

Thank you for your consideration as we complete these remediation works.
