Life & Anxiety, an ACT approach workshop

We know it can be tough to experience anxiety while at University. UC Health is hosting an anxiety workshop series to provide students with the opportunity to explore new ways to experience life so that anxiety doesn’t run the show. You will be with a small group of likeminded students – a safe and supportive environment.

For enrolment or info reach out to Anna Dalzell, Counsellor at the UC Health Centre.

Social Yarns

‘Social Yarns’ is a UC Student Wellbeing navigator led knitting and crocheting group for students to be able to learn different yarn arts and find a community. It will take place in Te Rua Makerspace on fortnight Mondays from 12:15pm to 2:00pm, starting from week 2 (24th February). You are welcome to bring your own projects! All materials and free snacks are provided!
