Have your say today!

UCount is UC’s big annual course-taking student experience survey — and your voice helps shape real change. It only takes 10–15 minutes, and your feedback goes straight to the teams working to improve student life at UC.

Research Masters & PhD students – this one’s not for you! Look out for the UC Postgrad Experience Questionnaire later this year.

Take the survey by 9am, Wednesday 7th May and you’ll triple your chances to win a $200 Pak’nSave voucher. There are also spot prizes from Uni Pharmacy, Ancestral, and UCSA Café.

Calling All International Students! Share YOUR Experiences!

If you are an international student, earlier this week you might have received a link from canterbury@qemailserver.com to complete the International Student Barometer (ISB) Survey – a key opportunity to share your experience at UC.

If you can’t find the email, don’t worry!
You can click here or scan the QR code below to take part.
QR Code to log in to take your survey.

We run this survey every two years, and your feedback helps us improve international student support and services. For example, in 2023 survey results told us that new international students wanted more arrival support. In response, we set up an airport welcome booth during orientation weeks to greet new international students. Additionally, we increased the number of orientation and transition workshops available, including a peer-to-peer session during the first weekend of semester.

We take your feedback seriously and use it to make real changes!

As a bonus, you can opt to go in the draw for a Global Engagement prize pack, which includes UC merch. Thanks in advance for your time – we look forward to hearing your important feedback!

Help Shape the Academic Year at UC!

The way that we schedule our year, including classes, exams, and breaks, affects everything we do at UC. We’re in the beginning stages of looking at how we can make the academic year better for everyone, focusing on the wellbeing of students and staff, and creating a more accessible, flexible and future-focused education.

Join one of our in-person workshop focus groups to share your thoughts and ideas! We’ll discuss big-picture topics like semester dates, exam periods, and effective teaching methods. This is your chance to voice your opinions and help shape the future of UC.

Currently there are two dates and times to choose from:

  • (In-person on campus) Tuesday 18 March 12:00 pm – 12:50 pm
  • (Virtual/online via Teams video call): Wednesday 19 March 3:00 pm – 3:50 pm
  • (In-person on campus) Monday 24 March 10:00 am – 10:50 am

If you can’t attend those days, please click the registration link to add your interest, and more sessions may be added.

Please note: We’re in the early stages of gathering insights from the UC community about the academic year. No changes are being made at this stage!
